High refractive index NIL coating for spin coating
Inkron’s standard NIL processable high refractive index (RI) products are optimized for Nano Imprint Lithography (NIL) but may be used also as an overcoat. Special care has been taken to maximize the optical and process properties. It is possible to adjust the formulation to meet the specific refractive index and thickness targets.

Low refractive index coatings
Inkron’s standard low refractive index solutions are thermally curable and offer excellent optical properties such as scatter-free high transmission and low haze. IOC-560C is a particle-free material with a refractive index of 1.12, ideal for applications requiring ultra-low refractive index.
