Inkron is a company that develops and manufactures advanced siloxane‑based optical materials. We are looking for a Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our financial planning, reporting and analysis processes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to developing and enhancing financial processes and tools
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial frameworks, tools, and processes
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Ability to interpret and work with data
- Genuine interest in improving operations through data‑driven insights
- Ability to work well under pressure, especially during month‑end closing periods.
- Some experience with SAP ERP is strongly preferred
- Analytical skills and an eye for details
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent Finnish and English both written and spoken
