Thermally conductive adhesives
There are three main families of thermally conductive adhesives. The choice is between silver filled, transparent and white/reflective adhesives, coming in several variants. All IDA adhesives are solvent-free. They feature good processability and extremely low bleeding. IDA adhesives are excellent candidates for small footprint LEDs and similar applications.
|Product Familiy ||Product name ||Type||Comment|
| IDA-100||IDA-117||Silver filled||Medium conductivity|
|IDA-125||Silver filled||High conductivity|
|IDA-125C||Silver filled||Low viscosity version of above|
|IDA-127||Silver filled||Higher viscosity version|
|IDA-200||IDA-255C||Reflective||Low viscosity version |
The adhesives portfolio includes a set of structural and underfill adhesives that are fully compatible with Inkron’s range of printable inks. These adhesives are designed to endure high temperatures, and attach and support components of (printed) electronics in various applications. Some of these adhesives are transparent with RI values of around 1.55 down to 1.4. Some are dual cure (UV plus thermal). For specific requirements please contact us.
